Portrait Sculpture
Portrait sculpture is different from painted or photographed portraiture in that portrait sculpture has a physical presence. Commissioning a portrait should be considered in view of the space it will inhabit. A portrait that is too large can overwhelm a small room. A portrait that is too small can be overlooked in an immense space. Most of the portaits shown here are life-size with the exception of the Lee's. They elected to have a 2/3 size portrait done since it was two figures in one.
